Notting Hill walking group for seniors and carers

The walking group meets on a Thursday morning and sets off on a stroll around our neighbourhood. The group is open to all seniors and carers and people with mobility aids- such as walkers or walking sticks- and off all fitness levels are welcome.
If you live in the Nottinghill area and would like us to knock on your door- so you can join- just let us know. Once we return to the neighbourhood house you are welcome to stay and have a chat and a cuppa.

What activities does the group undertake throughout the year?

Some of the activities that we are planning relate to the health and wellbeing of the group such as community lunches. We are open to suggestions from the group about what further activities they would benefit from or like to see us offer.
Any of the activities would be optional. You can just join us for a walk!
