Knox Carers Exercise Group

This group meets every Wednesday during school terms to exercise at Knox Leisureworks with a qualified instructor and afterwards enjoy a coffee and chat. The group is free for people who provide unpaid care for a family member who lives with a Disability or Mental Health concern. The class is suitable for all levels- beginners welcomed. Priority is given to Carers who live in the city of Knox.
