Purpose of the Facilitator Network

This network is hosted by Carers Victoria to bring together paid/employed facilitators of Carer Groups across Victoria. We welcome both new and experienced facilitators and encourage you to share your expertise, struggles and wisdom.

Facilitator Network in 2026

In 2026, we will be creating a series of events with different topics.

Facilitators are encouraged to attend one or all sessions. There is no minimum requirement, and we seek to tailor our material and sessions to the emerging needs of the group.

August 2026 Facilitator Network Meeting

This is the third network meeting for 2026. Our topic will be ‘The art of effective listening’ – a skill essential for group facilitation. Join us to brush up on your existing skills and learn about positive listening habits.
