Are you new to a caring role?

Carers Victoria is excited to introduce Step into Caring, a free online program to provide practical information and local connections to people who are new to their caring role.

We know that stepping into caring can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’ve recently taken on the role or are still adjusting, it’s not always easy to know where to start.

Step Into Caring provides practical information, guidance and connection to help you:

Understand your role as a carer
Learn about available supports and services
Build confidence in your caring journey
Connect with other carers in a supportive space.
