Carers Connect – Melbourne’s West

Welcome to Carers Connect! This is a closed group for parents and/or carers of children with additional needs living in the inner west suburbs of Melbourne.

Our aim is to form positive connections with like-minded families (both online and face-to-face).

Members of the group are welcome to share experiences, resources, support, and informal advice in an inclusive and respectful manner.

Thank you for helping us create our own village! We look forward to sharing in your journey ❤️
