Ararat Carers Tai Chi

Come along and enjoy the gentle movements, relaxation and mindful practice of Tai Chi. All carers welcome.

No prior experience needed, just an opportunity to meet other carers and enjoy a coffee together afterwards.

About this event

Caring for others can be rewarding and challenging so it’s important to make time for yourself too! Come along and enjoy a gentle session of Tai Chi, designed to promote relaxation, balance and wellbeing.

No previous experience needed- just comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a willingness to give it a go!

The 1hr session will be held in the beautiful Alexander Gardens, followed by a well-deserved coffee providing an opportunity to connect with other carers in the area.

Who can attend

This event is designed for carers who live in Ararat and surrounding areas.

Please note

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle

Attendance is free, but registration is essential. Registrations will close when all places are filled.
