Valley Carers Sound Healing & Meditation

Valley Carers is hosting a wellness session and lunch in celebration of National Carers Week. Dr Martin Nguyen from the Lotus Healing Centre will lead a sound healing meditation to facilitate relaxation and share wisdom from ancient modalities to build resilience and promote self-healing. This very special event will be followed by lunch.
