An afternoon of connection, fun and self-care, with special guest Tess Howells

As part of National Carers Week unpaid carers are invited to relax and recharge.  Psychologist, Tess Howells will teach simple somatic techniques to help release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and prevent caregiver burnout.  Afternoon tea will be provided, and the opportunity to make your own bath salt or room freshener.

RSVP essential numbers are limited (include any dietary requirements).
