Take Time to Pause, Breath & Reconnect: A Forest Therapy experience for carers

10 Nov 2026 11.00am - 2.00pm

This special carer activity offers an opportunity to step away from everyday responsibilities and enjoy a 90-minute guided walking Forest Therapy experience, followed by a free lunch at Changing Seasons Cafe.

Facilitated by Forest Therapy Victoria, the session will invite you to slow down, notice your surroundings and experience nature through gentle, sensory and mindful activities.

There is no distance to achieve and no pace to keep. The focus is simply on being present and enjoying some time outdoors alongside other carers.
