MyTime Heidelberg Heights – Carers Week Pamper Morning Tea

Pamper Morning Tea, providing carers with an opportunity to enjoy a relaxing morning focused on self-care and wellbeing. Participants will attend a catered morning tea and take part in a skincare and beauty session facilitated by a qualified beauty therapist. The therapist will provide advice on skincare and self-care practices, while attendees will enjoy mini facials and personalised skincare treatments.

This event is free to attend, and morning tea is provided. Preschool aged children (0-6 years) are welcome. While you join the session, a MyTime play leader will engage your children in meaningful play nearby.

MyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, developmental delays, or chronic medical conditions. It offers connection, support, and resources in a safe and welcoming space.

Eligibility: Open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability, developmental delay, or chronic medical conditions.
