MyTime Kyabram – Carers Week Wellbeing Guest Speaker and Morning Tea

Guest Speaker – Carer Burn Out plus Morning Tea, attendees will enjoy a special morning tea and hear from a guest speaker who will share information, insights and practical strategies to support wellbeing and self-care. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from the speaker’s experience, connect with others and engage in meaningful discussion. Attendees will also receive a special member gift, creating a memorable and rewarding experience.

This event is free to attend, and morning tea is provided. Preschool aged children (0-6 years) are welcome. While you join the session, a MyTime play leader will engage your children in meaningful play nearby.

MyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, developmental delays, or chronic medical conditions. It offers connection, support, and resources in a safe and welcoming space.

Eligibility: Open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability, developmental delay, or chronic medical conditions.
