Remember Well• is an Australian digital guide for people planning ahead for end of life, and for families navigating the practical steps before, during and after a death.

About Remember Well•

Remember Well• is not a clinical, counselling, legal, medical or financial advice service. It is designed to sit alongside trusted carer support, aged care, palliative care, grief support, doula and funeral professionals by helping families manage the practical and administrative side of planning ahead, dying, death and remembrance.

Remember Well• includes public guidance and resources, with a fuller paid dashboard experience for families who want to organise important information, documents, wishes, planning decisions and memories in one place.

For carers and families, Remember Well• may help with:

  • organising practical information before a crisis
  • recording wishes, documents and responsibilities
  • starting gentle conversations about end-of-life planning
  • understanding the practical steps that can follow a death
  • reducing the administrative load on loved ones
  • creating a clearer guide for family members who may need to step in later.

The platform can support people who are planning ahead for themselves, as well as families who are navigating decisions and administration after someone has died.
