Bairnsdale Carer & Supporter Wellbeing Group

This group is open to carers of someone with mental health challenges, substance use challenges, or who is neurodivergent.

The group runs on a fortnightly basis at the Bairnsdale Connect Centre.

Each group is different, and will sometimes involve a craft activity, or have a guest speaker attend.

Carers are welcome to relax and connect with each other in a non-judgement environment.

Groups are ran on alternate times, please contact Gippsland Connect to be advised of date and time.
