Moonee Valley Walks for Carers

The Moonee Valley Walks for Carers group provides support for unpaid carers of a loved one with a disability- mental illness or aged person. Our priority is improved carer wellbeing through social connection- informal peer support and information re carer services. Please share the attached flyer with carers in your community. If you facilitate a local carer support group- we would love to meet via Teams and discuss how carers can use this as another opportunity to connect during the month. The Moonee Valley Walks for Carers group is proudly supported by Wingate Avenue Community Centre and Moonee Valley City Council.

Meet at car park.
Join us for the walk or just meet us for complimentary morning tea.
