Strengthening Parent Support Program (Barwon) – Out & Active

Out & Active is a welcoming group for parents and carers of children with additional needs who would like to focus on their own wellbeing.

We explore a range of local sports and exercise classes across the Barwon region- then take the time to connect over a post-game coffee. It’s about staying active- sharing a laugh- and building friendships with people who understand the challenges and rewards of being a parent-carer.

Gateways Support Services’ Strengthening Parent Support Program is a free- inclusive program providing support and resources for families to build strong- social networks in their local community.

Please contact SPSP Coordinator for details.
