About this event
Caring for others is rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Join us for a relaxing Beach Yoga session designed especially for carers—a chance to unwind, recharge, and connect with others in a peaceful coastal setting
Mats and blocks will be supplied supplied. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, sunscreen & hat.
Who can attend
This event is designed for carers who live in Inverloch and surrounding areas.

Any injuries or discomfort please let us know beforehand so the session can be tailored to suit.
Attendance is free, but registration is essential. Registrations will close when all places are filled.
