About this event
Spend some time creating your own seagrass mat craft piece in a simple, hands-on activity where you can try something new, enjoy the creative process and take some time for yourself.
You’ll also hear from Loddon Mallee Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect about the support, services and information available to help you in your caring role.
Come along for a cuppa, a chat, a creative activity and the opportunity to connect with other carers in a welcoming and informal setting.
Light refreshments will be provided.
