Nourish to Flourish and Colac Neighbourhood House would love to invite you to join us for an afternoon of art, craft, connection and a little time for YOU.

Come along, get creative, meet other carers, have a cuppa and enjoy some time away from the everyday demands of caring.

No artistic experience needed, just come along and enjoy the afternoon!
