Creative Connections @ Ringwood

This monthly workshop will include a different topic.

 

Session 1 – “Tree of Strength” – 12 August

Creating a tree that represents self – including values, dreams, hopes, desires, strengths, aspirations and supports.

 

Session 2 – “Express Yourself” – 9 September

Decorating a journal that can be used for art, personal reflections, quotes, diary entries, recipes, and other keepsakes. If time permits, creative activities to “kickstart” journalling practice.

 

Session 3 – “Time to Care” – 14 October

Designing a compassionate card/letter to self, which can be taken home or posted at a later date, with the aim of receiving it as a surprise.

 

Session 4 – “Colour My World” – 11 November

Choosing colours/images mindfully to decorate a paper lantern that represents letting go of the past and embracing new beginnings.
