Free mindfulness meditation workshop for carers

The aim of this workshop is to teach simple, practical mindfulness skills that can support you in your day-to-day caring role.

  • Learn strategies to manage stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
  • Understand the difference between yourself and your thoughts.
  • Practise techniques that may help you experience more calm, steadiness, and peace.
  • Take part in a gentle, chair-based meditation practice.
  • Connect with other carers in a supportive and welcoming environment.
  • Stay for tea or coffee after the class if you would like time to talk and connect.
