Online Evening Dementia Support Group – Special Event

19 Oct 2026 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Care for a Carer

This National Carers Week, we’re celebrating the incredible people who care for someone living with dementia.

Victoria is calling on our community to ‘Care for a Carer’ — and what better way to do that than by taking some time out, connecting with others who understand the caring journey and learning about stress resilience.

Join us for a special session facilitated by a Coach & Wellbeing Practitioner
– Learn strategies to manage stress and wellbeing
– Take some well-deserved time for yourself
– Connect with other dementia carers
– Relax and enjoy some time away from your usual caring responsibilities

Being a carer can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging. This session is about recognising you, celebrating the difference you make, and giving you an opportunity to be cared for too.

You spend so much time caring for others — this time, let us care for you.
