The City of Casey is hosting a free community event as part of Dementia Action Week (15th - 21st September). Together for Dementia includes chair yoga, music, art therapy and afternoon tea in a safe and supportive environment. Our aim is to raise awareness and connect community members with dementia-friendly service providers, supports and resources.
