Castlemaine Carers Support Group

Our Carers Group is for parents and caregivers of children under the age of 18 with Disability, Mental Ill-health or who are neurodivergent

This group is a safe space for carers and parents of children living with disability. It is an opportunity to chat with a social worker with professional and lived experience of caring for children with a disability.

Meet other carers and parents in similar circumstances, share experiences with others who understand.

Enjoy a cuppa and cake and some time for yourself.

Self-care activities including:
  • Adult colouring, art and craft activities.
  • Information sessions on topics of interest to group
  • Information on updates concerning supports and services
  • Upcoming events for carers and parents of children living with disability
  • Visiting guest speakers/massage therapist/art therapist

We meet on the first Wednesday of each month from 11:30AM - 1:00PM
