Pathways for Carers - Frankston

Local carers meet on the first Thursday of each month for a gentle stroll, connection over a free morning tea with information sharing

Carers of people with a disability, older person or mental illness are invited to join us at our free, monthly gathering of carers for a gentle stroll along the Frankston Foreshore boardwalk, followed by an opportunity to chat and connect over complimentary morning tea while learning about news, services, and supports available to carers. Meet the first Thursday of the month at 9:30 next to Frankston Surf Life Saving Club: 1 Long Island Drive, Frankston Wheelchair Accessible. Nearby public transport and Car Parking available on site. Public Toilets available.
