Demystifying the NDIS and My Aged Care: Access and Support: Four Free Education Seminars

Often there is a feeling of being overwhelmed at the prospect of navigating either the NDIS or My Aged Care. Does this sound familiar to you?

In response to this, and in light of changes coming to NDIS and My Aged Care, we invite you to9 join any or all of our Educational Seminars for individuals, carers, service users and for health professionals and anyone working in community/human service settings to build knowledge and confidence concerning these supports.

  - Application and assessment process
  - Support and services
  - Intersection of NDIS and My Aged Care.
• Important reforms coming into effect in My Aged Care:
  - The new Support at Home structure and.,
  - the introduction of a short-term and intensive support Palliative Care Pathway.
• Support for carers.
