Pathways for carers walk

Meet at Mount Evelyn Community House on the first Thursday of each month at 9:30AM. We walk along the Warburton trail for about 40 minutes. We walk with our guest walker and then we enjoy morning tea together and hear more about the organisation or services our guest walker represents.
