Cohuna Carers Support Group

We offer carers a space to take time out of their busy and challenging lives, to engage in self-care activities that promote serotonin and dopamine - brain chemicals that help regulate anxiety, happiness, and mood.

Our group provides peer support, education, self-care strategies and 1:1 support from our Carer Coordinator.
