Strengthening Parent Support Program: Grovedale

Our program provides individual support, group activities, and opportunities to build social connections, helping carers feel less isolated and more supported in their caring role.

Our group meets for Tuesday morning coffee catchups, online & face to face information & education sessions, and hosts guest speakers. We also host social outings and Out & Active exercise groups.
