Sam's story

30 years, 30 stories

Sam’s caring responsibilities for his father Neal range from bringing him food to checking his blood pressure and vitals, to sometimes even accompanying him to hospital.

“As a sixteen-year-old, living with this isn’t exactly the easiest thing,” Sam says. “With all the changes that have happened, it’s gone from him talking about how he wants to take me out to go kick a footy, to him just wanting to see a footy game with me.”

“I think that no matter what happens to him,” says Sam. “I can still love him.”
