Bridge to Rights Carers Safe Space Hub: Springvale for Vietnamese Carers

Safe Space Hub Springvale provides a supportive environment for personalized guidance with exercising NDIS rights, identifying and accessing support and the development of self-advocacy skills.

Safe Space Hub Springvale will offer monthly in person and phone sessions (by appointment) facilitated by bilingual (Vietnamese and English) staff who are knowledgeable about the NDIS. Safe-Space Hub appointments focus on
addressing individual concerns that may not be covered in group or other formal settings through advice and referral.

Program Eligibility:
Vietnamese carers and youth aged 16-25 years of all culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds with a NDIS plan.

Schedule and Locations:

• Monthly, by a 20-minute appointment
• 10:00AM - 1:00PM on the first Wednesday of a month.
• Springvale Safe Space Hub: Springvale Service for Children 23-28
• Location: 23 - 28 Lightwood Road, Springvale

Our monthly hubs offer in person and over phone (by appointment) sessions facilitated by bilingual staff knowledgeable about the NDIS.
