Castlemaine Carers Self Care Hub: October 1st

Meet other carers in similar circumstances, share experiences with others who understand. 

Enjoy a cuppa and cake and some time for yourself. 

Self-care activities including adult colouring, art and craft activities. Information sessions on topics of interest to the group. Information on updates concerning supports and services. 

Upcoming events for carers and parents of children living with disability including visiting guest speakers, massage and art therapists.
