Are you an unpaid Carer?

Come along to these social and supportive workshops for Chinese speaking Carers.

Meet other carers, hear from our special guest speakers and best of all, share a community lunch where you don't need to cook!

Participants will also have opportunities to participate in additional free workshops to help improve English and/or employability (optional).

This is a fabulous opportunity to care for your own health and wellbeing in a supportive environment.

Activities and guest speakers will be in Chinese language.
